What we do

For each school we publish the phone numbers, email addresses, and office hours for the offices people actually need — the main line, admissions, financial aid, the registrar, and more — along with practical guidance on how to reach a real person quickly.
Why we exist
University websites are often sprawling, and the right phone number can be buried several clicks deep behind a phone tree. We do that digging once, verify what we find against official sources, and present it on a single, fast, easy-to-read page.
How we keep it accurate
Every contact detail is sourced from official .edu pages and public, authoritative datasets, then dated so you can see when it was last verified. When something changes, we update it. Co-founder & Lead Researcher
Aditya holds a Master’s degree from NIT Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy), one of India’s top engineering institutes. His research focus on data systems and information retrieval led him to notice how difficult it was for students to find reliable university contact details online. He co-founded USA Customer Care to solve that problem — building the data pipeline that collects, cross-references, and verifies contact information from official .edu sources. Aditya writes the plain-language guides on how to reach admissions, financial aid, and other campus offices.
Shubham Chauhan
Co-founder & Verification Lead
Shubham is also a Master’s graduate of NIT Tiruchirappalli, with a background in software engineering and quality assurance. He leads the verification process — personally checking phone numbers, email addresses, and office hours against official university websites and public records. Shubham built the automated monitoring that flags when a listing may be outdated, and handles reader-reported corrections to keep every page accurate and up to date.
