Privacy Policy
A plain-English summary of what we collect and why.
The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information to use the site. You can browse every page without identifying yourself.
Information we collect
- Things you submit. If you leave a tip or comment, we store the text and an optional display name you choose. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in comments. Comments are moderated before they appear.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to prevent abuse. We use a short, non-reversible hash of this to limit duplicate votes — we do not store it to identify you.
- Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. This is aggregate and not used to identify individuals.
Cookies & advertising
This site may display advertising from third-party networks (for example, Google AdSense). These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), we present a consent banner so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices & rights
You may request that a comment you submitted be removed, or ask any other privacy question, by emailing contact@uscustomercare.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete information about you; contact us and we will help.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the latest revision.
